Despite the number of interventions service delivery gaps still exist in Kaya Parish, Paidha Sub county, Zombo District. This therefore calls for collective effort, locally, Nationally and Internationally to mitigate and reduce the appropriate level for active poor who are vulnerable to ensure the aspiration contained in this strategic workplan are achieved.

Kaya Parish consists of Nine (9) of Villages , Kele, Arum Okeng, Maliri, Namdhin, Ambaki, Gunguru, Liendoto and Pakolo, with different religious backgrounds.
